LAVIA HAIR was founded with a vision to revolutionize the hair extension industry by introducing the concept of cuticle-aligned hair. Our founder, Mr. Zhang, spent over a decade working in a large wig factory where he witnessed firsthand the industry’s shortcomings.
Driven by a passion for quality and a commitment to ethical practices, Mr. Zhang established LAVIA HAIR with a clear mission: to provide the finest 100% remy hair for brands and salons worldwide while setting new standards for transparency and sustainability.

Raw Material Inspection

100% unprocessed human hair with intact cuticles for the most natural look and feel.
In-Process Inspection
Stage 2: In-Process Inspection
Throughout the manufacturing process, each of the 35 steps has a dedicated supervisor who ensures the work meets our SOPs.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Stage 3: Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before packaging and shipment, every finished product undergoes a final comprehensive quality check to ensure it meets both our standards and our client’s specifications.

OUR WORKERS
Every process is made with the warm hands of our workers
Every LAVIA HAIR product you use is manufactured by our professional workers in our workshops. They collect the best raw hair materials, produce various hair extensions in the factory, help package the finished products, and transport them from the workshop to the warehouse, then from airplanes and trucks to stores.
This is a complex process where hundreds of people handle the product before it reaches you. Without these people, our products would not exist. Therefore, we do our utmost to ensure that suppliers treat employees fairly and respectfully. When choosing new suppliers or accelerating product launch dates, we understand that this is not just about changing a few numbers on the production line, but about people’s lives.
